One Day Retreats

What is your Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the retreat, less the administration fee.

TO CANCEL, you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel within the relevant time frame as specified above. 

Please note that there will be no alterations in pricing or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, or illness.


What happens if the retreat doesn't go ahead? 

If we have to cancel the retreat due to a lack of participants, we will refund all deposits and payments that you have made.

Bali Retreats

What is your Cancellation Policy? 

In the event of cancellation the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply.

The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another retreat or to a friend if 120  days notice is given.

Cancellation 120 days or less before due arrival date, 0% refund.

Cancellation more than 120 days before the due arrival date, 50% refund if your place is able to be filled.


Terms & Conditions

  • A booking for Enliven Retreats Bali is confirmed when your deposit of $1,000.00 is paid.

  • Retreat participants are strongly encouraged to obtain full travel insurance, covering all medical expenses, retreat activities and a trip cancellation policy in the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled or in case of a personal emergency that will prevent you from attending.

Payment Policy

  • Payment must be received in full and must be made at least 90 days prior to the retreat commencement. If the retreat commencement date is less than 90 days away, full payment is required to secure the booking.

  • If payment of the balance is not received by the due date Enliven Retreats reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

  • Participants are responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the selected retreat package. This includes flights, transfers, travel insurance and any activities that are not part of the retreat program.

  • Payment by credit card incurs a 2.5% service fee.

Cancellation Policy

It is the responsibility of the participant  to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

  • In the event of cancellation by you, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply.
    – The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another retreat or to a friend if 120 days notice is given.

  • We do not offer credit fort arriving late or leaving early. This includes unforeseen issues such as family-related illness, or COVID diagnosis.

  • Enliven Retreats reserves the right to change or amend this policy at any time. The current policy is always applicable.

Liability

  • Enliven Retreats shall not be liable for any unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our normal control, which the consequences of could not have been avoided even when exercising all due care. 

  • Such circumstances or events include, but are not limited to, pandemic outbreak, war or threat of war, riot, civil unrest, industrial disputes or strikes, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors, unavoidable technical problems with the accommodation, transport or closure or congestion of airports, terrorist activity, natural disasters, industrial disasters, fire, theft, flooding and adverse weather conditions. 

  • In the event of any of the above, refunds and compensation payments cannot be made.

  • Enliven Retreats accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the retreat or travelling to and from the retreats. 

  • All participants must take responsibility for their own medical and physical fitness and be able to use our facilities and participate in activities.

  • Enliven Retreats is not liable for any injuries or losses to participants, in the use of retreat facilities or participation in activities.

  • While all care is taken, Enliven Retreats cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of your personal possessions or valuables.

  • All participants must take responsibility for their own medical and physical fitness and be able to use retreat facilities and participate in activities.


What happens if the retreat is delayed? 
  • In the unlikely event that we need to alter the start or finish dates of the retreat due to weather or natural disaster, or, other natural unforeseen circumstances, Enliven Retreat will post retreat online content to make up for the lost days.

Data Use and Protection

All retreat participants agree that she may be photographed and/or filmed during her stay and/or activities in connection with the company, and also agree that Enliven may use such recordings for promotion and/or advertising purposes without any prior consent
