Michelle and Caroline have been working together for the last 16 years, they share a unique connection, that is a mix of both science and spirituality. Leaning into traditions, such as yoga, meditation, mind-body medicine, mythology, energetics and psycho-neuro-endocrinology, you will be held by a deep commitment to professionalism, wisdom and experience.
